Delivery

We send out all our orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is Next Day Delivery (working days, if ordered before 12 noon), tracked and insured. Delivery charge £10.

UK deliveries are made before 1pm. UK public holidays and weekends are not counted as working days. We can send your purchase to any address where it can be signed for. As soon as it is signed for, by you or someone else, the dispatch process is complete and the responsibility for your purchase passes to you.

We also offer International shipping at £20 per parcel, all duties that apply depending upon what country we are shipping to have to be paid by the customer and are not paid for by Oui of Harpenden. Please note we will always use the quickest method of posting but next day delivery doesn’t apply to International Shipping.

Returns

We want you to be very happy with your purchases but if you are not entirely happy, you can return to us for either exchange or refund within 14 days of your online order. This is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. This is for online orders only and there is a different returns policy if purchasing within the store as our changing rooms are open.

All of our stock will arrive to you in perfect condition as we check every item prior to dispatch, if there are any problems please don’t hesitate to email me on ouiset@btinternet.com. Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned to us unworn, unused, undamaged and in the same condition as they were received (includes shoes in the original undamaged box, the original box cannot be used as external packaging when posting back) and with the original product tag in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

Our policy applies to all clothing and footwear. Jewellery and sunglasses are unfortunately non-returnable, due to hygiene reasons.

To return, please follow these instructions:

1.     Email us at ouiset@btinternet.com requesting item/items to be

returned.

2.     We send your purchases via Recorded/Special Delivery and suggest that all returns are sent in the same manner and that you retain your proof of postage.

3. Choose your packaging. We recommend you return your item/items in the  packaging we sent them in to ensure the items arrive at Oui in pristine condition.

3.  Please ensure the original or copy of the invoice for your purchase is placed   inside the parcel, this will speed up the returns process.

4. Until we receive your return it will remain your responsibility. For all returned parcels we will email you a return confirmation when we receive it. All refunds must be credited back to the original form of payment, this may take up to 28 days but we will endeavour to process the refund as promptly as possible. It may take some time for your refund to appear on your card/bank statement. All delivery and return charges are non-refundable.
